Life from Death
“Life from Death” is the climax of God’s plan! Without resurrection, we should be pitied the most—"our preaching is in vain and your faith is in vain” (1 Cor. 15). But praise God, resurrection is accomplished! With just over a dozen obvious events of resurrection in the Bible, CTR’s book embraces the larger topic of life coming from dead things, yielding 32 eye-opening stories. Show your child the clear pattern across time that culminated in the open grave, and His open invitation to grace!
Water of Life
“Water of Life” (John 4) is our honorary inclusion in the 7+ “I AM” statements of Jesus from the Book of John—not a specific “I AM” statement, but clearly a spiritual thread throughout the Word! An omnipresent element, water’s life-giving properties tie clearly into Jesus’ fulfillment of all good things across time. Use our 32 “Water” illustrations to share deep truths with your child about God’s goodness, from creation to salvation.
Let There Be Light
LIGHT—it’s the first created thing. We don’t have to be physicists to know that makes it important! For CTR, light was an obvious theme to do, a clear spiritual thread running throughout the Bible, from Day 1 until Heaven. Jesus’ fulfillment of light—“I am the light of the world”—shines brightly forward and backward across time, illuminating His perfection and our undeniable need for Him. Enlighten your child in 32 stories about Light since the beginning.
